Meet Your Nurse Practitioner
I’m a board-certified Nurse Practitioner with over 17 years of experience in nursing, most of which was spent in the emergency room. In 2023, I expanded my work to launch a mobile wound care clinic, bringing advanced care directly to patients in need.
After experiencing my own challenges with perimenopause and being told by my physician to “learn to live with it,” I became passionate about helping other women who feel unheard or overlooked. That experience inspired me to create Coastal Vitality Solutions, where compassionate care meets evidence-based therapies designed to restore energy, balance, and confidence.
Through telehealth visits, I help both women and men address hormone imbalances, metabolic challenges, and longevity goals using personalized treatment plans that get to the root of the issue—not just the symptoms.
